This is the number one reason for e-mail problems. We have a full return policy so there is no reason for us to avoid your e-mails if you are having a problem.
• AOL, Yahoo, Earthlink, and PeoplePC users: Anti-spam features from these companies may block, reject, or discard our emails. We answer all of our email, so if you have not heard from us, it is most likely because of your junk e-mail settings.
• Payment addresses: check and money order payments can be sent to the address below. Please be sure to go through our checkout system and select check as your payment method so that we will know to expect your payment in the mail - that way you will not receive a payment reminder from us. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us on the day that we receive your check or money order.
