Canadian Shipments

  • Canadian shipments are sent UPS Ground using our special non-resident import status.
  • Canadian UPS shipping rates that we charge are a delivered rate with all taxes and duties pre-paid. You will not be charged GST, PST, customs, duties, or brokerage charges upon delivery for items delivered by UPS from us - we guarantee it. Typical UPS shipments to Canada arrive sooner and at a lower cost than USPS shipments when you factor in the duty and taxes charged upon delivery. Many customers worry that they will be charged a brokerage fee upon delivery because of experiences with previous shippers. This does not happen with our shipments because we have a special Canadian importation arrangement that is not available to most sellers because of the large amount of cross border shipping that we do - it enables us to get your package to you faster and cheaper than most other methods.   • If you reside in Canada and would like us to ship to a U.S location or if you have your own customs broker, be sure to e-mail us before you make payment so that we can be sure that your order is properly prepared.
  • There are certain times where US Postal Service shipment makes more sense - for light (under 1 pound) and low value (under $20) shipments. In these cases we will be happy to arrange shipping through the US Postal Service- just e-mail us before paying and we will change your order accordingly. Please make sure to ask for the change before you pay; we cannot stop/change orders once they have been paid for. Remember that you may owe customs fees or taxes upon delivery when the US Postal Service is used - we will not falsify the customs forms to avoid these fees.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Protectorate Shipments
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Protectorates (Guam, American Samoa, U.S Virgin Islands, Etc)
  • Please understand that we may not be able to ship certain items to your location via the U.S. Postal Service because of restrictions on size, weight or contents. In this event, we will cancel the transaction and refund your money.
APO/FPO Shipments
  • Shipments to FPO/APO addresses will ship U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post or Priority Mail .
  • Please understand that we may not be able to ship certain items to your location via the U.S. Postal Service because of restrictions on size, weight or contents. In this event, we will cancel the transaction and refund your money.
International Shipments (Excluding Canada)
  • We are pleased to ship items around the world (size and weight permitting) using the United States Postal Service.
  • Delivery times vary greatly because of customs inspection, regardless of the shipping method chosen. While some Priority Mail shipments may arrive in less then a week, there is the possibility of 4-6 week delivery times in the event that your package has been chosen for inspection. Please understand that when this happens there is nothing that we can do to expedite it.
  • Your customs forms will classify your shipment as "Merchandise" and will have the value will be set at the amount you paid. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms by marking items as gift or understating values.
  • All customs fees, taxes, duties, and other processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • International shipments must be paid for in US dollars through PayPal, International Money orders in US Dollars, or US dollar funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
