Leviton 2820 locking receptacle. Industrial Specification Grade, NEMA L22-30R, 4-pole, 5-wire, grounding, rated 30A 277/480VAC 3-Phase Y. These are brand new but have a small crack on the back plate just above the rivet; see the detail in the 3rd photos. Each is individually packaged; packaging may differ from photo. Features include:
