Cooper Desert Sand Tamper Resistant GFCI Receptacle Self-Test w/Plate! 9566TRSDS

Cooper Wiring Devices/Eaton 9566TRSDS desert sand tamper resistant decorator receptacle with matching wallplate. The wallplate is not normally included by the manufacturer and we are adding it as part of a bundle. The color of this receptacle is "Desert Sand" which is an off-white. Commercial Grade, 2-pole, 3-wire, grounding, NEMA 5-15R, back and side wired, rated 15A-125V at receptacle and 20A-125V feed-through. Each is individually packaged; packaging may differ from photo. Features include:

• Shutter mechanism inside the tamper-resistant receptacle blocks access to the contacts unless a two-prong plug is inserted, helping ensure hairpins, keys, etc., will be locked out
• Performs self test to ensure integrity of GFCI protection, conducts an automatic test periodically to ensure GFCI protection
• TEST and RESET lock-out functions protect from miswired line-load connections and signals GFCI circuitry damage due to disabling voltage surge spikes
• 2 LED Indicator lights provides quick visual reference of a tripped or end-of-life condition
• RESET button is blocked if GFCI protection has been compromised, eliminating the possibility of end-users incorrectly assuming that a reset GFCI is providing ground fault protection when it actually is not
• Eight backwiring holes (2 per termination) accept up to #12 AWG solid or stranded wire; #10 AWG side wire capacity- provides maximum feed-through flexibility
• Longer, wider "bridged" strap provides 40% more contact area with wallboard, virtually eliminating floating installations
