Product Description

Leviton 13465 white fluorescent lampholder for use with high-output T-8 and T-12 lamps. High output, recessed double contact (horizontal orientation), rated 660 Watts 1000V AC. This is the fixed-end lampholder and should be paired with a Leviton 13464 plunger-end lampholder (follow link to our store) if you are replacing both holders on the fixture. Features include:

Screw mount, pedestal design
Push-in wiring termination; wireways permit straight-in wiring
Silver-plated recessed double contacts for use with T8 and T12 800mA High Output (HO) and 1500mA Very High Output (VHO) fluorescent lamps - R17d base
Suitable for outdoor applications when properly enclosed
