Leviton 4570-CA angled locking plug. Right angle plug design is great for applications where you need the cord to lie flat against the wall. Industrial Specification Grade, NEMA L6-15P, 2-pole, 3-wire, grounding, rated 15A 250V. Cord clamp accommodates .240-.700" diameter #18-14 AWG wire. Each is individually packaged with instructions; packaging may differ from photo.
