Pass and Seymour 691TR-I ivory tamper resistant combination switch/receptacle. Great for applications where you want to add a switch or outlet to an existing box. Each is individually packaged; packaging may differ from photo. Features include:

Built-In shutter barrier designed to limit improper insertion of small objects into receptacle contact slots. Allows easy insertion of properly rated plugs

Grounding receptacle rated 15A 125V

Silver-cadmium oxide switch contacts
Side-wired with terminal screws that accept #12 and #14 copper or copper-clad wire
