Product Description

Pass & Seymour 3861 straight blade angle plug. The blades can be installed to match either 30A (NEMA 10-30) or 50A (NEMA 10-50) applications; be sure that the cord that you are using is properly rated for the given plug configuration that you are choosing. Since this is a non-grounding model, it is intended for replacement use only. Commercial Specification Grade, NEMA 10-50P OR 10-30P, 2-pole, 3-wire, grounding, 30/50A 125/250V. The 10-30 configuration is typically used for older dryers that do not have a ground leg and that require dual voltage: 250V for the heating element and 125V for the controls and drum motor. If you have a dryer with a ground leg (that is, has a 4-blade plug) check out our NEMA 14-30 plugs. The 10-50 configuration is typically used for older ranges that are non-grounded and that require dual voltage: 250V for the heating elements and 125V for lighting/clock/controls. If you have a newer range with a grounded plug (that is, a 4-blade plug), check out our NEMA 14-50 plugs. Features include:
