Eaton 1258 flush mount receptacle. Common applications include range installations that need both 250V for the heating elements and 125V for the clock/controls/lighting. Commercial Specification Grade, NEMA 14-50R, 3-pole, 4-wire, grounding, rated 50A 125/250V. Fits wallplates with 2.147" or 2.15" diameter opening.
