Eaton L2020PW yellow watertight locking plug (Arrow Hart is a division of Eaton). NEMA L20-20P, 4-pole, 4-wire, non-grounding, rated 20A 347/600VAC 3 Phase Y. Accommodates 0.36-0.84" cord diameter. Features include:

Thermoplastic elastomeric exterior out-performs rubber when exposed to moisture, chemicals, oils, and the effects of UV exposure and ozone attack
Mated plug and connector or plug and receptacle form a watertight seal that meets NEMA and IEC IP ratings (see specification sheet for details)
High visibility safety yellow for easy identification.
Power contacts, blades and terminal screws nickel-plated for corrosion resistance
Quick-drive stainless steel assembly screws for corrosion resistance and fast installation
Multiple color coded neoprene grommets for a watertight seal on a wide range of cord sizes
