Product Description

Cooper/Arrow Hart AHIGL720R locking isolated ground receptacle (Arrow Hart is a division of Cooper). Industrial Specification Grade, NEMA L7-20R, 2-pole, 3-wire, isolated ground, rated 20A 277V. Isolated ground devices have a grounding terminal that is electronically isolated from the strap to eliminate electrical interference (noise) in grounding networks that can cause problems in modern electronics. Grounding of this device requires that an isolated ground path be established from the receptacle grounding terminal to a suitable equipment grounding point "upstream" from the device. Each is individually packaged; packaging may differ from photo. Features include:
