Leviton CR15-4E black duplex receptacle. Commercial Specification Grade, NEMA 5-15R, 2-pole, 3-wire, self-grounding, side wired, rated 15A 125V. Designed for the heavy duty use of commercial environments; don't confuse it with regular residential grade outlets. Bulk packed loose with no individual packaging. Features include:
