Please note that we include a matching wallplate; normally sold separately by other sellers. Face has 6 scene buttons plus OFF and group DIM and BRIGHT buttons. This is the color change kit only; it does not include a controller. Fits Leviton MN00C-1L and MN00C-7L 6-Scene Controllers.
