Hubbell TradeSelect RC108ALTR almond combination single pole switch/tamper resistant receptacle. Great for applications where you want to add a switch or outlet to an existing box. Each is individually packaged; packaging may differ from photo. Features include:

Patented tamper resistant shutter design on the outlets provides tamper resistance, not plug resistance. Tamper Resistant feature meets latest code requirements for preventing objects from being inserted into outlet openings
Grounding receptacle rated 15A 125V
Single-pole switch rated 15A 120V AC
Self-grounding tab is standard
Smooth snap action toggle mechanism
Low profile, less than 1 inch allows for maximum wiring room in the box
Framed toggle to match existing devices
Tough thermoplastic construction with ultrasonically welded cover and base
