Product Description
Bryant/Hubbell 9903 brown industrial grade rocker switch (Bryant is a division of Hubbell). Industrial grade, 3-way, back and side wired, grounding, rated 15A 120/277VAC. Designed for controlling as permitted by NEC, resistive, inductive, tungsten-filament, fluorescent and motor loads for AC branch lighting and appliance circuits. Features include:
- 120/277V/AC rating ideal for fluorescent lighting fixtures typically used in commercial applications (also works fine for regular residential fluorescent and incandescent lights)
- Low-profile design reduces the chance of damage
- Rocker frame prevents binding against wall plate
- Back wiring: clamp-type terminals accepts up to #10 wire
- Clamp-type terminals accept two wires for multiple device applications, avoiding the need to pigtail
- Terminal screws: brass combination Phillips/slotted binding head accepts up to #10 wire
- For copper wiring only
- Silver cadmium oxide contacts
- Heavy-duty, reliable copper-alloy contact arm for excellent conductivity
- Grounding connections - large green, combination Phillips/slotted hex head grounding screw and automatic grounding clip
- Strip gauge for accurate back wiring
- Thread cleaning captive mounting screws
- Break-off plaster ears
