Leviton 80505 brown wallplate. Residential Grade with one toggle switch and one duplex outlet opening. Midway size, measuring 4.88"w x 4.94"w, 3/8" higher and wider than standard wallplates for use with larger size wall boxes and to hide irregularities on the surrounding wall. Features include:
