Leviton 8152-8 porcelain lampholder. Special design with a black glazed flange. Bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. Features include:

Unglazed porcelain body with wireways
Single-leg removable hickey with 1/8" IPS threading
Black glazed flange at lamp end
Dimensions: 1-1/2" outer diameter; 1-1/2" overall height
Black ring has a diameter of 1.52" - white area just below is tapered under the ring and is 1-7/16" in diameter
Base diameter (bottom of white area) 1-5/16"
Wire leads are No. 18 ga. 105 deg; C AWM-TEW plastic insulated wire, 9" long, stripped 3/4"
