Eagle 2152BK black 2-gang Decorator thermoset wallplate; Eagle is a division of Cooper Wiring Devices. Standard Grade, standard size wallplate, measuring 4.5"h x 4.563"w, with two rectangular openings that are compatible with Decorator and GFCI devices. Features include:

Non-flammable thermoset phenolic or urea
Flush-fitting, warp-resistant design
Smooth face and rounded edges resist dust accumulation
Designed for high dielectric strength and arc resistance
